Nonprofit, Pro-Good Work

Running a sustainable nonprofit organization is no joke. From finding suitable members to running logistics to getting good work done, there are a lot of factors involved. With modest pricing that allows access to all modules, ERPNext covers NGO management and much more to run your organization. Be it tracking members, donors and volunteers or recording and receiving grant applications—ERPNext handles everything.

Members

Members are a vital part of any nonprofit organization. Manage the members of your NGO and categorize them into different types. Set membership expiration, and check if existing customers or suppliers are members of your nonprofit.

Membership

Record and track memberships for all members. Change membership status to track future or new members. Record payment details to set the right membership status or level for each person.

Membership Types

Whether your members are founders, powerful individuals, or organizations, you can record any type of member. You have full freedom to create and assign different membership types and classify people based on them.

Volunteer

Aside from members, volunteers are also vital to many NGOs. Classify volunteers based on the categories you define. Each volunteer’s availability and status can be recorded, along with the skills they can contribute.

Donor

Not everyone might be interested in becoming a member. Record individual or organizations (including their address and contact details) who donate one time or multiple times. When you receive donations, it’s easy to select donors so that each donor record reflects the latest information.

Grant Application

Some NGOs may get grants from governments or foundations, while other NGOs may give grants to others. No matter the grant, it’s easy to record and track on ERPNext.

Multi-Currency Accounting

Nonprofits may receive large donations from overseas or may need to order items from abroad. ERPNext simplifies multi-currency transactions. Manage transactions and reports in different currencies with Currency and Exchange Rate masters that capture multiple exchange rates and conversion factors.

Billing And Pricing

Record purchase invoices for the items you order and use in your nonprofit journey. Process transactions and bills faster with custom print templates (using HTML or Jinja templating) and one-time configurations.

On-The-Fly Customizations

Create your own NGO ERP software. Map your most important data by adding custom fields in your forms. Customize form behavior by auto-fetching values, hide fields based on user roles, and create custom print formats all without a single line of code.
