Website purpose
This website presents Han Gia Group services, products, industries, projects and articles, and accepts contact requests. It does not provide online ordering or payment. Submitting a form does not itself create a service contract or payment obligation. Specific scope, pricing, schedules and commitments are established in a separate agreement between the parties.
Lawful use
You may access information for lawful research and business communication. Do not submit unlawful content, impersonate others, provide another person's data without an appropriate basis, distribute malware, gain unauthorized access or disrupt the website. Provide only the information needed for your enquiry.
Intellectual property
Rights in website content, design and assets are determined by applicable law and the relevant rights and licences. Third-party trademarks, client logos and assets remain the property of their respective rights holders. Display on this website does not transfer ownership or grant commercial exploitation rights. Please contact us for permission to reuse material beyond what applicable law permits.
Information, articles and external links
Articles carry their publication dates; figures and forecasts may reflect the circumstances at that time. Website information does not replace professional advice or a specific service agreement. External links are provided for reference and are governed by the destination operator's policies. Please report inaccurate information or concerns about asset rights to [email protected] for review.
Responsibility and statutory rights
Each party remains responsible for its conduct and the harm for which it is liable under applicable law and valid agreements. These terms do not exclude or restrict mandatory rights of users, consumers or personal data subjects under applicable law.
Concerns and complaints
Send concerns about content, access problems or rights in website material to [email protected], identifying the relevant URL, issue, time and requested outcome. Send only necessary supporting material, without passwords or another person’s data unless appropriately justified. We receive and categorize the concern, verify necessary information, discuss the proposed response and communicate the outcome through an appropriate contact channel.
For consumer concerns, requests and complaints within the scope of the Law on Protection of Consumers’ Rights, receipt is notified within 3 working days under Article 31 of Law 19/2023/QH15. Personal data requests follow the separate procedure and time limits in the Personal Data Policy. This correspondence process does not restrict legal dispute-resolution rights.
For a consumer request to negotiate, the company receives the request and conducts negotiations within 7 working days of receipt under Article 57(2) of Law 19/2023/QH15; a refusal must be given in writing with reasons within 7 working days under Article 57(6). These are deadlines for conducting negotiations or replying with a refusal, rather than a guarantee that every dispute will be fully resolved within 7 days.
For ordinary concerns about content, website errors or image rights, we respond within 3 working days and aim to resolve the issue within 10 working days of receipt. If verification requires more time, we explain the reason and provide an updated estimate. These are the company’s operational targets; the separate procedures and time limits under personal data, consumer protection or other applicable specific laws continue to apply.
Updates and complaints
These terms may be updated to reflect website functions and applicable requirements; the update date appears on this page. Please first send concerns to [email protected] so they can be addressed. If an issue remains unresolved, the parties retain access to complaints and dispute resolution procedures under Vietnamese law and other mandatory applicable rules.
